Judson Lee Fielding is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran who was last seen leaving his mother’s residence in Augusta, Georgia on December 4, 1994. Judson Fielding was believed to be travelling to visit family members in the Delta Manor area of Augusta, Georgia. Following his time in the Marine Corps, Judson Fielding got involved with drugs and served a two year prison sentence for a drug charge. Following his release from prison, Judson Fielding was trying to live a clean life and had planned on getting his truck drivers license. Judson Lee Fielding had previously told his family that he feared for his life and felt that someone was after him.
In 2005, Leo Lamont Utley was charged with murdering Judson Fielding along with 3 other people. Authorities believe that the four people were killed to keep them from testifying against Carl Hankerson Jr. because Hankerson and two of the four people murdered were arrested after PCP was found in their vehicle at a traffic stop. Hankerson plead guilty in federal court to the four counts of murder as part of a continuing criminal enterprise. The alleged killer, Leo Lamont Utley committed suicide several days after his arrest. Authorities closed the case and no further investigations were going to be made in Judson Lee Fielding’s missing person case. No remains of Judson Fielding have ever been located and he has not been seen or heard from since the time we went missing in 1994.
