Christopher Lee Cook is a U.S. Navy Vietnam Veteran who went missing after last being seen at his residence in Memphis, Tennessee on September 14, 2002. Christopher Cook suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as a result of his experiences in Vietnam. Christopher Cook’s primary means of transportation is his bicycle which was found at his residence along with all his personal belongings other than an old brown leather wallet which was missing. The wallet contains his Tennessee Drivers License and his Humana insurance card.
Christopher Lee Cook was 54 years old when he went missing in 2002 and is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds. Christopher Cook has gray hair and brown eyes. Christopher Cook is known to wear a mustache and silver wire framed glasses. He also has false upper teeth and large varicose veins on his legs. Christopher Cook has a tattoo consisting of an Eagle, Anchor and flag with the letters “U.S.N” underneath.
Christopher Cook was last seen wearing a white or faded black shirt, faded jeans, white sneakers and white socks. He wore a white gold wedding band and a silver chain with a silver whale tail pendant along with possibly a watch.
