Myoung Keun Noah, a U.S. Army Veteran, was last seen leaving his home by his son around 7 PM on May 1, 2007 in San Bruno, California. Myoung Keun Noah owned a private car service called E-Limousine Services and he had left to go pick up a fare (customer) which was scheduled for 7:30 PM. Myoung Keun Noah kept a log book of all his pick-ups in the new 2007 Lincoln Town Car he was driving. The vehicle did not have standard California license plates, but instead had its Transportation Carrier Permit Number (TCP) issued by the State of California Public Utilities Commission mounted on the rear bumber. The TCP for his vehicle is 18525. The vehicle he was driving had a transponder that registers when it enters San Francisco International Airport. The transponder did not register a trip to the airport that evening. Myoung Keun Noah has not been seen or heard from since that night in 2007 and the vehicle was never recovered. Noah has not used his cell phone or credit cards since he went missing.
Myoung Keun Noah was 60 years old at the time he went missing in 2007. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and he weighed 165 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a black suit and white shirt. Myoung Keun Noah also went by the nickname “Myoung Noh” or “Mike”.
