Billie “Bob” Black

billie_black_01Billie “Bob” Black is a U.S. Air Force Veteran who was last seen leaving his home with his wife in Atchison, Kansas on September 11, 2009 at around 8:15 PM .  Billie and Mary Lou Black drove away from their home on Pacific Street in Atchison, Kansas travelling south on on Pacific Street in their light blue four door 1990 Honda Civic with Kansas license plate AWX-605.  The couple never returned to their home and the couple and their vehicle were never located.  Billie Black has severe diabetes and requires medication.  He also has trouble walking due to his medical condition.  A search of their home after they were reported missing showed that the lights were left on in the home and both their drivers licenses, a checkbook, cash and Billie Black’s diabetes medication were left in the home. Law enforcement and members of their family believe that the Black’s are no longer alive and they may have accidentally or intentionally drove their vehicle into the Missouri River.

billie_black_01Billie “Bob” Black was 74 years old at the time he went missing in 2009.  Billie Black is 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds.  He has gray hair and brown eyes.

mary_black_01Mary Lou Black was 72 years old at the time he went missing in 2009.  Mary Black is 5 feet tall and weighs approximately 115 pounds.  She has gray hair and brown eyes.

The vehicle they were travelling in is a light blue four door 1990 Honda Civic with Kansas license plate AWX-605 that has paint missing from the hood and a loud exhaust which is dangling from the undercarriage.
