Scott Douglas Hamilton is a U.S. Military Veteran who went missing after walking away from the Hillandale Assisted Living Facility in New Port Richey, Florida on February 19, 2011. Scott Hamilton suffers from schizophrenia, severe anxiety and diabetes. Because Scott Hamilton left without taking any medication, money or his identification with him, he is considered endangered. Scott Hamilton has troubles functioning without his medication. This is not the first time that Scott Hamilton has walked away from the facility. Scott has previously walked away and ended up in the Pinellas County Mental Health Facility under the name “Alexander Hamilton”. There was a reported sighting of Scott Hamilton in the area of Hudson, Florida on or about March 6, 2011. Scott often talks about his time in the U.S. Military.
Scott Douglas Hamilton was 52 years old when he went missing in 2011. Scott is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed approximately 160 pounds at the time he disappeared. Scott has gray or partially gray hair with light brown hair mixed in. His hair is starting to thin in the forehead area (see photos below). Scott has blue eyes and may be missing some top front teeth (see photos below).
