I was Justins LPO on the Howard from Jan 2011 to Dec 2012 when I retired. He was a very hard worker and a good sailor thru that time. This disappearance is totally out of character for him. It has left many close friends dumbfounded. I think either something nefarious happened to him or he had a mental break due to being overextended by being farmed out to ship after ship for his expertise for ships going thru INSURV. After I retired the so called Chief sent Justin TAD to Three Ships back to back for INSURV preps. Everyone has a breaking point and Justin just may have reached his. There had been rumors of people seeing him in the San Diego area. Regardless I hope he is well. Justin if your out there give me a call anytime Brother I will help you if I can

I just saw this again on my FB feed. Has anyone been able to locate him? What is being done to try to find him? How can we, his brothers and sisters from the Navy, help?
I’m praying for his safe return and his family’s strength…
