US Navy Chief (CPO) Kevin Williams went missing on May 28, 2013 after he had a minor dispute with his wife in the parking lot of the Avenue Mall parking lot in Jacksonville, Florida. His wife said she would be back and went into the mall. When she returned to the location where she last saw Kevin Williams, he was no longer there.
Kevin’s uncharged cell phone was in his car and authorities found that he used his ATM to make a food purchase at the Kangaroo Gas Station near the mall at 2:30 PM. Kevin was seen getting into a cab at the same gas station and the cab driver told police that he dropped Kevin Williams off at the Tovoli Apartments (Sunbeam Road) around 3:45 PM that same day. No person was able to say they witnessed Kevin being dropped off at the apartments.
CPO Kevin Williams has young children, wife and family who all say he could never go without making contact with them. Kevin’s co-workers reported the same.
Kevin Williams served 15 years in the U.S. Navy prior to his disappearance. His last known location is Jacksonville, Florida. At the time he went missing, Kevin Williams was 39 years old, 6 feet tall weighing 180 pounds. Kevin Williams has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing his Military Issued Blue Camouflage Uniform (see photos for uniform pattern)
