Adam Sharp

Updated April 25, 2016: The search for USMC Veteran Adam Sharp has ended. A body discovered in Perth Amboy on April 10, 2016 has been positively identified as Adam Sharp .  On April 25, 2016, the Highland Park Police Department announced  “The Highland Park Police Department would like to send our sincerest condolences to the entire Sharp family. We would also like to thank all of the individuals who called or emailed any tips they might have had regarding Mr. Adam Sharp.” Rest in Peace Sir. [related link]

SEARCH_ENDEDAdam Sharp is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran who was last seen on December 27, 2015 in Woodbridge, New Jersey.  Adam Sharp was visiting family in Edison, New Jersey for the holidays and left on foot with a friend, leaving his wallet, clothes and supplies behind. Adam and his friend walked off along Route 27 in the Edison, New Jersey area.  Family believes that Adam Sharp may be walking to a farm he lives on in Leicester, North Carolina and said he often travels on foot or by bike but usually keeps in touch along the way.  Adam Sharp was last seen along Route 9 in Woodbridge, New Jersey  Adam Sharp’s cell phone is turn off and the family is worried and has filed a missing person report with the Highland Park Police Department as  of December 29, 2015.

Adam Sharp is 23 years old as of the date he went missing in December 2015.  Adam Sharp is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds.  Adam Sharp has green eyes and brown hair and was last seen wearing a winter jacket, dark pajama pants, a “dark gray skully” winter hat and a long-sleeve green shirt.  Adam Sharp has a large tattoo which covers from his left shoulder down his left bicep.

    We filed the missing persons reports on dec 29 not the 20. I know because it was myself and my boyfriend who is adams brother filed it. You have your information wrong.

      Good morning. Thank you for the correction. I am the person that talked with the police department and after reviewing what we discussed, I can see that I mistyped that info. The information has been updated.
