Updated June 5, 2015: The search for Ceaser Rack has ended. The Dover Police Department released a statement on June 5, 2015 stating that the investigation is closed after locating the subject in Sacramento, CA and determining that he left Dover Air Force Base voluntarily [Link to Statement].
Ceasar Rack is an A1C in the U.S. Air Force who was last seen on video at the AAFES BX at Dover Air Force Base in Dover, Delaware on Sunday May 31, 2015 at 5:00 PM. Ceasar Rack has not been seen or heard from since. Ceasar Rack is known to enjoy time spent in the outdoors and family says he may have gone hiking and possibly become stranded or injured. Ceasar Rack’s dark grey / charcoal grey 2008 Chevy Cobalt (see photos below) with Delaware License Plate 367281 is also missing. According to the U.S. Air Force 436th Airlift Wing based out of Dover Air Force Base, “Officials at Dover Air Force Base are aware A1C Ceasar Rack is missing and are working with Security Forces, the Office of Special Investigations, and Delaware State Police to locate him.”
Ceasar Rack is 20 years old as of the date of his disappearance in May, 2015. Ceasar Rack is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighed approximately 140 pounds at the time he went missing. Ceasar Rack has brown hair and blue eyes.
Ceasar’s vehicle, the dark grey / charcoal grey 2008 Chevy Cobalt with Delaware License Plate 367281 has a distinctive “flip flop” sticker on the passenger side of the rear window in the bottom corner.
