Updated October 21, 2015: The search for Mr. Blanford has ended. Sheriff Shepherd of the Gila County Sheriff’s Office has reported that Mr. Blanford returned home safely and would like to thank everyone for their assistance.

SEARCH_ENDEDLeslie Blanford is a U.S. Military Veteran who was last seen in Payson, Arizona on October 15, 2015.  Leslie Blanford left his residence in Flowing Springs, Arizona at around 7:00 p.m. October 14, 2015 and was last seen walking into Payson, Arizona on Arizona Hwy 87 near the Home Depot early in the morning of October 15, 2015.  According to family members Leslie may be suffering from Dementia.  The Gila County Sheriff’s Office is classifying Leslie Blanford as an “overdue subject” and has requested the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Blanford.

Leslie Blanford is 67 years old as of the time he went missing in October, 2015.  Leslie Blanford is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 127 pounds.  He has brown hair and brown eyes.  Leslie Blanford was last seen wearing a Vietnam Veteran baseball cap, a drab green Vietnam style jacket, cardinal sweat pants with shorts pulled over them, and hiking boots with a backpack on.
