Are there any updates to this case? His personal FB has been taken down and yet there is no news of his having been seen.

We have been in contact with the law enforcement agency handling this case and as of the last time we checked on the status, they did not have any updates to his status and the detectives had yet to confirm that he had been located. We did inform them of the rumor going around that he had been located and they were very interested in that information, but were unable to confirm his status as having been located safe. The California State Department of Justice database also shows that he is still considered missing. If he was found, then it may be in his best interest to contact law enforcement and let them know that he is good to go so additional time and resources are not spent trying to ensure he is safe.

Sir, at the top of the page it mentions that “Updated March 18, 2016: The search for Patrick Hrabe has ended. Daly City Police Department has reported that Mr. Hrabe is no longer missing”. Daly City Police Department was the lead on this case and they closed it out since he had been located and is no longer a missing person.

The information you referenced is a message which was posted as a reply to someone who on Jan 24, said “he was found”.. When we contacted the Daly City PD reference that comment, they had not yet considered him “found” and he was still an active missing person case. We were updated on March 18 by the Police Department that they no longer considered him a missing person and thus we updated the profile to reflect that information.
