Updated April 18, 2016: The search for Anthony “Tony” Pastura has ended. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office announced in the morning of April 18, 2016 that “The Marine veteran Anthony Pastura was located in San Diego and our Office cancelled the Critical Missing Person Alert. Thank you to everyone who shared the post”.
Anthony “Tony” Pastura is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran who is missing from the Cincinnati, Ohio area since April 11, 2016. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office has mentioned that he suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and has previously made suicidal threats. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is reporting Anthony Pastura as a Critical Missing Person.
On April 15, 2016, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office announced “Our Sheriff’s Detectives received information that Anthony Pastura had arrived in the San Diego area at approximately 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 13, 2016. Hamilton County Sheriff’s Detectives are working in conjunction with the San Diego Police (Central Division and Missing Persons) and multiple area military installations in an attempt to locate Anthony. Anthony was stationed in the area previously while serving in the United States Marines and may have friends in the region.”
Anthony Pastura is 33 years old as of the date he went missing in April, 2016. Anthony Pastura may be driving a dark metallic gray 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Ohio plates 169YIE.
