Charles “Eddie” Moore is a U.S. Military Vietnam Veteran who went missing after leaving the VA Hospital on Woodland Avenue in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania at around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday March 22, 2016. Charles “Eddie” Moore was at the VA Hospital for a CAT Scan and was accompanied by his sister and her husband. He was called from the waiting room for the CAT Scan and upon completion, given directions on how to return to the waiting room where his sister and brother-in-law were waiting. Charles “Eddie” Moore never returned to the waiting room and a security camera shows him exiting the VA Hospital around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday March 22, 2016. Charles “Eddie” Moore is believed to have only $30 in his possession and does not have a working ATM card. He suffers from dementia and does not own a cell phone.
Charles “Eddie” Moore is 71 years old as of the date he went missing in March 2016. He is described as a white male standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 135 pounds. Charles “Eddie” Moore has blue eyes and straight white hair including a beard and mustache.
