Michael Allingham is a U.S. Army Desert Storm Veteran who went missing from his home in Ozark, Arkansas at approximately 4:30 p.m. on September 27, 2016 after driving away in an unknown direction in a silver in color 2008 Chevrolet Impala with Arkansas license plate # DV 26533. Michael’s cell phone was pinged by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and resulted in a location in an area around 32nd and Grand Ave. in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Michael Allingham suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and requires medication which he does not have on him according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department. Michael Allingham is a member of American Legion Post 063.
